1. All campers on the site must observe the following rules.

2. CAMPING ACCESS : Only those with the intention of camping and carrying adequate camping equipment will be admitted. Campers under the age of eighteen will not be admitted unless accompanied by an adult or with the permission of a person of age responsible for their conduct.

On arrival, clients must present proof of identity and will be issued with a camping card valid until the end of their stay. Any changes must be reported immediately to reception to qualify for any reimbursements.

3. TARIFFS : The current tariffs can be found on the campsite notice board. The prices will vary depending on the number of nights spent. The camping day ends at 12:00 . Campers leaving after that time must pay the extra day. The campsite has a minimum price per plot. The check-in time is from 8:00 until 18:00 .

4. RESERVATIONS : The campsite will accept reservations for plots and bungalows. To make a reservation, a deposit of 40% of the total must be paid in advance. The total stay must be settled on arrival.

The arrival time and leaving time for the plots is 12:00 . For bungalows, the arrival time is from 17:00 and the leaving time is 10:00 .

5. GUESTS : Guests must register at reception leaving identification which will be returned on their departure from the campsite.

Campsite guests may stay free of charge for 30 minutes. After this time, they must pay the corresponding fee. The timetable for guests is from 8:00 until 20:00 .

6. QUIET TIME(from 13:00 to 16:00 ) AND TOTAL SILENCE (from 24:00 to 7:00 ) : During resting time, we ask all campers to reduce the volume of radios, TVs, etc. and minimize the use of vehicles. Between midnight and 7:00 we ask for total silence and it is forbidden to use any vehicles on the site.

We remind you that all radios, TVs, etc. must be at a level so as not to bother other campers.

7. PLOTS : The total area of each camping plot is 70m2 and is clearly marked out. There is space for your vehicle and all necessary equipment without intruding on paths.

It is prohibited to change your camping plot without consulting the management.

It is prohibited to install windbreaks and umbrellas . Ropes and cords must not be tied to any trees whatsoever. Campsite personnel will insist that these be removed.

8. BUNGALOWS : All furniture in the bungalows must be left in place. Pets are not allowed in the bungalows. The area behind the bungalows is specifically provided for hanging out washing, towels, etc.

9. INTERCHANGE OF EQUIPMENT : The interchange of site equipment between campers will be permitted as long as it is previously reported to reception.

10. VACANT TENTS AND CARAVANS : All vacant tents and caravans left on the site without permission will be considered as abandoned and will be confiscated by the campsite personnel and disposed of. The campsite will be exempt from any responsibility for the state of these goods.

11. SHORT VISITS : In the case of families or groups that have intermittent visitors, the bill will be held open for all changes until the end of the stay, when all items will be finalised.

12. CIRCULATION OF VEHICLES : The campsite speed limit is 10km/h . During quiet times, we ask you to minimize the use of vehicles and it is totally forbidden to drive between 24:00 and 7:00 . Any campers arriving after midnight must leave their vehicles in the reception car park. The unnecessary use of motor vehicles on the site is forbidden.

13. BIKES AND SIMILAR VEHICLES : These must comply with the same norms as motor cars ( 10km/h ). Racing competitions are completely forbidden. Cyclists must use the paths and circulation is forbidden after 21:00 .

Bicycles must be parked in the racks provided when available. If these aren't available, they must not intrude on the paths.

14. SWIMMING POOL : The pool will remain open from 11:00 until 20:00 . The conditions of admittance can be found at the entrance of the pool area. Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult who can guarantee total responsibility in any event.

15. DOMESTIC ANIMALS : Proof of inoculations must be shown. Pets must always be on a lead and are not allowed in the sports areas. A “toilet zone” is provided for dogs. Any mess made by dogs must be cleaned up by the owner.

16. INSURANCE : The management will not be held responsible in case of theft, accidents or damage caused by a third party. Neither will it be held responsible for the damage caused by storms, fires, etc. Each camper must have third party insurance.

Any valuable objects may be deposited in the safe boxes installed at reception.

17. DRINKING FOUNTAINS, SINKS AND LAUNDRY : The drinking fountains on the pathways are to be used exclusively for obtaining drinking water. In no case must they be used for washing clothes.

Behind the sanitary blocks, there are sinks for washing dishes and sinks for washing clothes.

18. WATER POINTS : The water points can only be used with the explicit permission of the campsite management, except in case of fire.

19. RUBBISH : Rubbish must be put in plastic bags and left at the designated areas. It is forbidden to leave rubbish on the camping plots. It will not be collected.

20. WASTE WATER : A suitable container must be used to collect all waste liquids and they must be disposed of in the WCs specially provided in the sanitary block.

21. ELECTRICAL SUPPLY : The official campsite electrician is the only person authorised to touch the electricity supply boxes. Each plot is supplied with a 5A socket. The covers of the electricity points must always be kept closed.

22. CARWASH : The campsite has a designated area for washing cars. It is forbidden to wash cars anywhere else on the site.

23. NOTICES : It is forbidden to stick notices on trees and other surfaces.

24. DEPARTURE : Anyone wanting to leave the campsite before 7:00 must leave their car in the reception car park before 24:00 . They must pay their bill in full before leaving the site.

Plots must be vacated before 12:00 on the day of departure. The plots must be left clean and tidy. Bungalows must be vacated at 10:00 .
